Baked Salmon with Organic Heather Honey Mustard Sauce

Quick and healthy dinner ideas? Baked Salmon with Organic Honeydew Honey Mustard Sauce definitely a great choice for your dinner!

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup Hexapi Honey - Honeydew Honey 

- 1/4 cup mustard

- Salt and freshly ground white pepper

- Four 6 – 7 oz. salmon unskinned fillets

- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise

- 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

2. Place salmon with skin side down in a baking tray. Set aside.

3. Mix the honeydew honey, mayonnaise, mustard and chives in a bowl.

4. Keep half of the sauce and brush the other half over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. 

5. Roast the fish for 15 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve with the reserved sauce.
