Balsamic Chicken and Mushrooms

Finding some easy cleanup and healthy recipe? Let's try this decadent Balsamic Chicken and Mushrooms. You’re going to love the rich and tangy taste, and how easy it is to throw together!

Ingredients:

- 2 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless

- 3 tbsp vomFass Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1/3 cup vomFass  - Fig Balsamic Vinegar

- 1 lb Mushrooms

- 1 tbsp Garlic herb seasoning

- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1/2 tsp Pepper

- 1 tsp Salt

- 3 tbsp The Seedmart - Winter Blossom Honey

- 5 cloves Garlic

- 1 large Onion

- 1/2 tsp dried Oregano

Steps:

1. Cook down onions, mushrooms, and garlic. 

2. Cut the chicken in half. You should end up with 4 skinny chicken breasts, which helps to cook faster and get more flavor.

3. Season the chicken well on both sides

4. Cook it in some olive oil. Only a minute on each side to get them nicely seared. Make sure you do not move them. Once they're placed on the pan, they stay until it's time to flip.

5. Add the vegetables back in, plus the balsamic vinegar, honey, and seasonings and toss around the chicken.

6. Cook it for only 3-5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through

7. Remove chicken and cook the sauce! It doesn't need to reduce too much, just let it thicken a bit.

8. Serve and enjoy your chicken and mushrooms.
