Chili Honey Lime Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Too busy to cook your dinner? Try this quick side dish tendering with crispy edges and Southwest flavour. They’ll be your new favourite way to roast Brussels sprouts!

Ingredients:

- Lime juice

- 1 1/2 tsp The Seed Mart - Chili sauce

- salt and fresh ground black pepper

- 1 tbsp Hexapi Honey - Spring Blossom Honey

- 1 1/2 tbsp vomFass Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oi

- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 400°C.

2. Cut off the stem of the brussel sprouts and take off excess surrounding leaves.

3. Cut the Brussels sprout in half lengthwise.

4. Toss on the baking pan with the olive oil, chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Coat well.

5. Have the brussels sprout face down on the pan and bake for 25 minutes till its browned and fork tender.

6. Toss in some honey and lime juice if needed. Enjoy!
