Gin and Tea Cocktail
Spring has finally arrived, and thank goodness for that! It is now the perfect time for afternoons on the deck and – once the kids are asleep – a gin and tea cocktail enjoyed in the warm evening breeze!
Ingredients:
- 2 Oz. Bhutan Sandalwood Black Tea
- fresh lime juice
- simple syrup
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves plus more for garnish
- 2 Oz. vomFass Basil & Lime Gin Liqueur
Steps:
1. Put gin, tea, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and fresh thyme leaves in a cocktail shaker.
2. Gently muddle for more thyme flavor.
3. Add ice then shake well. Strain the aromatic cocktail into a short cocktail glass over fresh ice and garnish with a spring or two of fresh thyme.
