Truffle Creamy Tagliatelle

Try clean eating and embracing a vegan, or plant-based, diet. vegan diet can help promote weight loss and reduce your risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol levels!

Ingredients:

- vomFass Truffle Linguine Pasta

- 1 teaspoon Tesoro black truffle

- 1 tablespoon vomFass Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Salt and freshly ground white pepper

- 3/4 cup Vegan cream

- 1/2 cups button mushrooms

Steps:

1. In medium sized pan, combine olive oil, black truffle , button mushrooms and plant-base cream. Boil gently for five minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. At the same time, boil salty water in medium sized pot and boil your vomFass Truffle Linguine Pasta
 according to package instructions. My needed seven minutes.

3. Don't rinse pasta. Just grab with pasta fork and simply transfer tagliatelle into the pan with the finished sauce. That way sauce sticks to pasta much better.

4. Serve immediately.
