HOW TO BREW IT?
Hot tea:
take 3-5g (2-3 teaspoons) and brew with 200-300ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for 3-5 mins.
Cold Brew:
Put 1g of tea leaves in a jug or bottle per 100ml of mineral water.
Leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Strain and serve!
熱飲:
取3-5克茶葉(約2-3茶匙),加入大約200-300ml熱水,浸泡3-5分鐘後飲用。
冷泡方法:
在空瓶裡加入茶葉,比例為100 毫升水配1 克茶葉。
倒入礦泉水,放置冰箱內,瓶子必須要有蓋子,以防串味。
置放8 -12小時後,一杯濃淡適中的冷泡茶就完成了。
WHAT IS ACEROLA CHERRY?
The acerola cherries, also known as Barbados cherries or West Indian cherries, are generally 1 centimeter to 1 inch in diameter and are orange-red to ruby red in color. BTW, while they're called "cherries" and look a lot like bings or maraschinos, acerola are technically cherry-like berries. Their flavor is tart, thanks to all that vitamin C. Cup for cup, acerola cherries have 50 to 100 times more Vitamin C than oranges or lemons!
西印度櫻桃(Acerola)為常綠灌木熱帶果樹,又名針葉櫻桃,原產於墨西哥、加勒比海地區,是西半球熱帶地區的植物,會有類似櫻桃的漿果,但跟我們平常吃的櫻桃不太一樣,西印度櫻桃的維他命C含量非常高,也是主要的功效成份。西印度櫻桃除了維他命C外,還有很多其他天然營養成分,包括生物類黃酮、維生素B1、維生素B2、維生素B3、鈣、鐵、β-胡蘿蔔素、葉黃素等等豐富營養素,能夠幫助維生素C更好吸收,同時補充天然植物的營養。
我們在紅茶中加入大量西印度櫻桃,酸甜馥郁的滋味為紅茶帶來不同的高雅感受。
