DESCRIPTION

Sourced from Anxi, Fujian, this Tieguanyin has been roasted by our tea master locally in Hong Kong for more than 60 hours, producing a unique woody and nutty flavour.

Tieguanyin gives strong and balanced effect on the body - strength and energy. Suitable for a vigorous morning, for a long and stressful working day.

優質鐵觀音產於中國福建省安溪縣。茶農要掌握天氣變化，靈活地控制不同工序,再製成高質素的鐵觀音。鐵觀音獨特的喉韻，眾稱為「鐵觀音韻」。我們的鐵觀音由香港本地茶藝師烘焙60多個小時，散發出獨特的木質和堅果風味，重實勻淨，花香濃郁、濃茶湯醇。

HOW TO BREW

Gongfu style (Gaiwan)

6g | per 100ml | 98°C | 20 seconds

+10s per steep for at least 5 steeps

Western style (Teapot)

3g | per 100ml | 95°C | 1 min

+ 1 min per steep for at least 3 steeps

Cold brew

10g | 1L | Room temp/ refrigerated | 6 hours

熱泡：將茶葉置入茶壺中，約1/3的量，倒入熱水約100度C，浸泡後倒出：第1泡為溫潤泡，快速水燙過即到出，第二泡約20-30秒，接著每一泡約5-10秒到出，第5泡以後增加5秒，約可沖泡7次。（球狀的茶葉較為緊密，沒有茶壺時，可置入馬克杯，量約5公克，400ml左右的水，100度C沖泡，10分鐘後即可品嘗。）

冷泡：將茶葉約5g投入常溫冷水約600ml，以低溫冷藏約12小時，可放置冰箱約2天。如果放置室溫浸泡，可縮短浸泡時間，約8小時即可。（使用更大容量的茶器，請依照茶水比例自行增減。）
