About the Tea Estate

Malawi is a small country in the southern part of Africa. It is the first country in Africa where tea was planted commercially.

This tea is produced by a family-owned tea estate located at Malawi which has been growing tea for 3 generations. For nearly 100 years they have been crafting premium teas, including this luxury breakfast tea.

我們的非洲茶產自馬拉威夏爾高地一個歷史悠久的茶園，是現存非洲最古老的優質茶葉產區。自創立以來，茶園專注於生產品質卓越的手工正統茶及特色茶葉，茶葉製作依循摘採、靜置、揉捻塑型，再經木頭焙火烘焙等繁複步驟，產量稀少而珍貴。

位於東非大裂谷南端的茶園，是馬拉威茶葉第一品牌及ETP道德茶葉聯盟成員。「致力改善茶農生活品質」是茶園傳承三代的社會使命。園內設有員工房舍、水井，保障每位農工得到合理薪資，達到社區共好。此外更提供免費的診所及學校，守護員工健康，並支持逆境中的孩子擁有上學的機會。

馬拉威茶葉純天然、無農藥，符合歐盟MRL標準、UTZ 及雨林聯盟等認證。

HOW TO BREW IT?

Hot tea:

take 3-5g (2-3 teaspoons) and brew with 200-300ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for 3-5 mins.

Cold Brew:

Put 1g of tea leaves in a jug or bottle per 100ml of mineral water.

Leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Strain and serve!

熱飲：

取3-5克茶葉（約2-3茶匙），加入大約200-300ml熱水，浸泡3-5分鐘後飲用。
