Our Earl Grey uses the finest Chinese black tea leaves perfectly balanced with the distinctive flavour of bergamot.

The noble, tangy, lemony aroma of the bergamot is known and loved around the world making it a bold and popular brew among tea drinkers.

格雷伯爵茶，常簡稱為伯爵茶，以祁門紅茶或正山小種為基底，搭配錫蘭紅茶，並添加香檸檬精油的一種調味茶。格雷伯爵茶是二十世紀流行的紅茶調味茶之一。香檸檬在漢語中常被誤譯為佛手柑，然而兩者其實是不同物種。

伯爵茶有鎮靜舒緩的作用。可單喝或加入牛奶享用，是最經典的調味茶。

HOW TO BREW IT?

To serve, take 3-5g (2-3 teaspoons) and brew with boiling water. Let it infuse for 3-5 mins.

取3-5克茶葉（約2-3茶匙），加入大約200-300ml熱水，浸泡3-5分鐘後飲用。
