These cacao beans came from India Idukki Hills. The beans had been grinded and conched for over 48 hours to achieve the desired smoothness. With the note of Red Stone Fruit, Bergamot, and a hint of spice, you will first sense the tartness and brightness then follow with the sweetness which lingers in your mouth.
