This award winning bar interwoven the Chinese Rose Wine (玫瑰露) with Duck Liver Sausage (膶腸). The Chinese Rose Wine infused in the Brazil Trinitario Cacao Nibs and the Duck Liver Sausage infused in Cacao Butter, you will first feel the rose aroma spreading in your mouth to your nose, then a light duck liver taste on your tongue with a sweetness ending note lingering in the finishing phase. This is not a sharp liquor bar but aromatic, sweet and well balanced bar though it is a 71% dark chocolate.
