一個黑朱古力狂熱愛好者創立的本地Bean To Bar品牌。從Chocolate Lover到Taster，繼而由Hobby Maker轉化成為專業Chocolate Maker，我們的理念是透過反覆實驗、品嚐，選用特定烘焙程度及製作配方，研發能夠呈現不同可可豆獨特風味的產品。現時主力生產Single Origin Chocolate Bar及Drinking Chocolate；所有產品成份天然，不含卵磷脂、添加劑或乳化劑，只包含可可及有機蔗糖。

DESCRIPTION

This chocolate bar is a collaboration together with Mak's Beer, a Hong Kong local brewery. We have used the Hops from Mak's Beer and created this beautiful ageing bar. Interwovening the floral note and bitterness from hops, the Longan note in the Philippines beans become dominant and a subtle bitterness at the end reminding the beer.

No flavor is actually added in the bar.
